A village guard name Nihat Caprak has been punished by our forces. He played a major role in the martyrdom of our 15 female comrades under the command of Arjin Garzan (Leyla Altan), on 24 March 2012. He also continued his activities against our forces as well. Our forces punished him on the Road of Tatvan-Hizan, on 26 October.
