The Media and Communication Centre of the HPG statement about the Turkish Army's Military Operation in Uludure:
The occupying Turkish army started a military Operation a few days ago at Uludere and Medya Defence Area border line. And it continued until now. The Operation continues with two Drones Fly planes and always carry to the military vehicles to this region too intensively. Also Occupying Turkish Army's military operations continue in Şemdinli. This operation is continuing at the border line of Şeminli and Media Defence Area.
1. On 21st February the occupier Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the Şehit Kendal and Deriye Davetiye region on Haftanin. This bombardment started at noon on 21st February and continues until 22nd February.
2. On 22nd February the occupying Turkish Army attested to Şehit Kendal and Deriye Davetiye with Cobra and Skorsky type Helicopter. But our Guerrilla shot to them and give big damage to enemy's army. After Guerrilla’s resistance the enemy went back a step.
3. Also the occupying Turkish Army wanted to start a new operation in an another region in Haftanin. The enemy wanted to attract Kaşura region east of Haftanin on 21st February. The enemy carried out obus and mortar Kureşino and Dersim/Media Defence Area region at 22nd February between 06:00 - 07:00 hours.
4. The Cobra Helicopters belonging the occupying Turkish Army flew over around Goste Montains on 21st February between 08:30 - 09:00 hours after this flew The Enemy passed their soldier and military vehicles with 50 vehicles convoy to Sune army station near the Gerdiya Region with seven Cobra helicopters.
5. Drones Fly Planes belonging to the occupying Turkish Army flew over Gare region in Media Defence Area on 21st February between 14:00 - 21:30 hours.
