1. Within the scope of the Martyr Ozan and Martyr Roza Revolutionary Campaign, on June 19, at 20.00, our YJA Star forces carried out an action against a unit of the invading Turkish army positioned on the Erman hill in central Dersim.
Five soldiers were killed in this action where the enemy’s positions were put under intense fire on two arms, and two soldiers were wounded. The invading Turkish army which afterwards bombed the area indiscriminately with heavy weapons carried away dead and wounded soldiers from the area with Sikorsy helicopters.
2. Within the scope of the Martyr Pîroz and Martyr Agirî Revolutionary Campaign, on June 19, at 10.00, our forces carried out an assassination action against the invading Turkish army’s soldiers positioned on the Bayê hill in Hakkari’s Gever (Yüksekova) district. One enemy soldier was killed in this action.
3. The warplanes of the invading Turkish army on June 20 carried out air strikes against the Medya Defense Zones. Within this scope, from 16.00 to 17.00, warplanes bombed the surroundings of the Suredê village in the Qandil region, the slopes of Berbizna hill in the Xakurke region, the Kani Qirêj area, while the surroundings of Sininê village and of the Lolan water were also indiscriminately bombed. Vineyards and gardens belonging to the locals have been damaged in these bombardments.
The invading Turkish state continues its special war propaganda by spreading news alleging that the airstrikes of recent days have achieved results. We have had no guerrilla losses as a result of aerial bombardments carried out on June 24 and before that. Carrying their lies to another dimension, Erdoğan and AKP officials have alleged that top officials have been hit in Qandil. These allegations are the products of pyschological warfare. Reports that Turkish commandos have entered the guerrilla areas and engaged in clashes are similarly fabricated. Turkish troops cannot move outside of a few hills they deployed on with their arrival in Bradost. The enemy forces are suffering losses as a result of the actions carried out by guerrillas on daily basis. The Erdoğan and AKP-MHP state that base their propaganda on war ahead of the elections in Turkey and North Kurdistan are constantly telling lies through the media, so they try to fool the people of Turkey and hide their losses from the whole society. All our patriotic people and peoples of Turkey should know that the propaganda spread by the AKP media is nothing but lies and should never be believed.
