1. Within the scope of the Martyr Pîroz and Martyr Agirî Revolutionary Campaign, on May 22 our forces carried out actions against the invading Turkish army. The details of the actions within the scope of the campaign are as follows:
On May 23, at 14.20 hours, our guerrilla forces carried out an action against the occupying Turkish army soldiers stationed on the Evdilkofi hill in the Bradost region within the territory of Southern Kurdistan. The number of dead and wounded soldiers could not be determined in the action where enemy positions on the hill were struck effectively. Following the action, the occupying forces bombarded the area with warplanes.
On the same day, at 16.10, our YJA Star forces carried out an action against the occupying forces positioned on the Lêlîkan hill in the Bradost region. The enemy positions were put under intense fire from three sides, and three soldiers were killed here. Following the action, warplanes of the occupying Turkish army bombed Lêlîkan hill and its surroundings indiscriminately.
On the same day, at 18.30 and 19.00, our forces carried out two actions against the occupying forces on Koordine hill in Hakkari's Çelê (Çukurca) district. In the action where enemy positions and shelters were struck effectively, one enemy soldier was killed.
On May 24, at 07:30, our forces carried out an assassination action targeting the occupying Turkish army soldiers positioned on the Martyr Rahime hill in Hakkari's Gever (Yüksekova) district, and one enemy soldier was killed.
2. Within the scope of the Martyr Ozan and Martyr Roza Revolutionary Campaign, on May 21, at 18.00, our forces carried out a sabotage action against an Ejder-type armoured vehicle of the occupying Turkish army on the road in the Pülümür district of Dersim province.
The armoured vehicle was destroyed in action, and two soldiers were identified killed while two other soldiers were heavily wounded. Following the action, the occupying Turkish army carried away dead and wounded soldiers to central Dersim with many armoured vehicles. Within the scope of the revolutionary campaign, on May 22, at 11.00, our forces once again carried out an assassination action against the enemy soldiers in the Kırmızı köprü outpost in Pülümür district. One soldier was killed in this action.
3. On May 23, at 13:00, our forces carried out a sabotage action against contras conducting road control near Mişrita village of Kozluk district. In the action, one contra was wounded. Following the action, the occupying Turkish army launched an operation in the Tımok village, Gırê Şex Fehrettin and Gırê Manirê areas.
4. On 23 May, at 23.00, the occupying Turkish army launched an operation in the Karê, Girê Qaç and Girê Kezero areas of Siirt’s Pervari district. The operation was withdrawn without any result at 15.00 on the same day.
