1. Within the scope of the Martyr Pîroz and Martyr Agirî Revolutionary Campaign, our guerrilla forces carried out actions against the occupying Turkish army in Colemêrg (Hakkari).The details of the actions carried out by our forces are as following;
On June 16, at 23.30, our forces carried out an action against the occupying forces positioned on the Xeregol hill in Çelê (Çukurca) district. The number of dead and wounded soldiers could not be determined in this action where enemy positions were effectively struck.
On June 17, at 18.00, our YJA Star forces carried out an action against the enemy soldiers trying to provide the security of the Bezelê outpost in Şemzînan (Şemdinli) district. The number of dead and wounded soldiers could not be clarified in this action where enemy positions and shelters were intensely put under fire from three arms. After the action, the occupying forces bombarded the area with howitzers and mortars.
2. On June 16, at 23.00, the warplanes of the occupying Turkish army bombed the surroundings of Çemço village in the Zap region, and the Adilbeg area in the AvaŞin region of the Medya Defense Zones on the afternoon of June 17. As a result of the bombardment, vineyards and gardens of the locals were damaged in the surroundings of Çemço village.
3. We have had no guerrilla losses during the bombardments targeting the Medya Defense Zones. News of guerrilla losses within the context of private war propaganda through the pool media by the invading Turkish state which constantly keeps Qandil on the agenda is false. The invaders are trying to conceal their losses in the face of the heavy blows inflicted by our guerrilla forces each day with false news, trying to cover up their failure against the people of Turkey. The AKP-MHP alliance, which has lost in the battlefield and has not been able to reach its goal, is trying to display itself as successful with special war propaganda. Our movement is a public movement and all developments in the war are announced to the public opinion as it is. Our people must be sensitive and not believe the news that the AKP-MHP alliance has made based on lies.
