1. In relation to the conflicts which took place between our forces and occupying soldiers within the scope of the operation launched by the occupying Turkish army in the Bradost area of Southern Kurdistan territory;
On March 15, at 06.30, there were clashes which took place between our forces and the invading soldiers trying to infiltrate the Masiro hill. Our forces have organized a series of sabotage actions against a unit of the operation. In these actions, 8 enemy soldiers were killed.
On the same day, at 09.30, enemy forces attempted to infiltrate the Partizan hill and conflicts erupted between our guerrillas and enemy forces. Two soldiers were killed in the actions.
On March 16, between 07.00 and 16.00 hours, our guerrilla forces carried out a series of actions targeting enemy soldiers positioned between the Partizan and Masiro hills. The number of dead and wounded soldiers could not be clarified in this action.
On the same day, at 12.30, our forces carried out an infiltration action on enemy soldiers positioned on the Masiro hill. Seven soldiers were killed in the enemy unit, which was hit at close range. After the action, the cobra-type attack helicopters trying to intervene in the action were targeted by our forces. Cobra helicopters taken under fire were forced to retreat from the area.
With the support of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), the occupying Turkish army bombarded the area with warplanes, mortar and howitzer shells. A total of 18 enemy soldiers were killed during the ongoing invasion operation and two of our comrades reached martyrdom.
2. On March 16, at 13.30, a drone of the occupying Turkish army, which carried out exploration activity in the area of Küçük Cilo in the Zap region of the Medya Defence Zones, was downed by our guerrilla forces.
