TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1-On 21 October at 16:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against an enemy sikorski type helicopter, which was flying from the city of Sirnak to the Osyan military station. The enemy helicopter has been hit and heavily damaged. The helicopter made later urgent landing to Sirnak.
2-On 22 October in between 06:00-09:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out a road control on a Road in between the districts of Catak/Van and Pervari/Siirt. While our guerrillas controlled the I.D.s, also informed the people on latest developments. In mean time, a person taken under detention for working within collaboration with enemy. Yet, he has been later released after he promised in front of the people not to work with enemy again.
3-Our guerrilla forces have nothing to do with the killing of the former head of village-guards, Esref Kocabey, who was living in the Village of Sogutlu/central city of Agri.
