TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1-On 24 May, our guerrillas carried out an action against the Serbestan Battalion, in the district of Cukurca/Hakkari. As a result, one of the mortar hit one of enemy position and destroyed. Also, 5 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the action, while cobra type helicopters wanted to intervene on the area, yet retreated as a result of the resistance by our guerrillas, the occupier forces of the Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar attacks on and surrounding area of action.

2-The hidden enemy units made of special teams and Contras, belongs to the occupier forces of the Turkish state army, have been carrying out search and ambushes in the areas of Rusor and Navyana Sex/Besta/Sirnak.
