TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1. On 5th of May, 2010, in between the hours of 15:00-17:00, the Turkish state army bombarded the village of Sule and the area of PKK Bogazi in Haftanin / the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.
2. On 5th of May, 2010, in between the hours of 09:00-10:30, the Turkish state army bombarded the areas of Xantur and Sesdara in Haftanin/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.
3. On 5th of May, 2010, in between the hours of 19:00-20:00, the Turkish state army bombarded the area of Basya in Zagros / the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.
4. On 5th of May, 2010, in between the hours of 09:00-10:00, the Turkish state army bombarded the areas of Hergus and Mawata in Zagros / the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.
5. On 5th of May, 2010, in between the hours of 13:00-14:00 and 16:00-16:30, the war-planes flew over Zagros area/the Medya Defence Areas, on a law altitude.
6. A Contra unit belongs to the Turkish state army have been stationed in the surrounding area of Yesilalan(Barman)/Savur/Mardin, quite a sometimes now. We call on our people to be aware and take necessary procotions against such Contra group as part of a JITEM in the area, who wear guerrilla clothes and acts like a guerrillas.
