1. On September 15, our guerrilla forces put under surveillance a disguised unit of the occupying Turkish army in Bilika region of Şırnak's Cudi mountain. Our guerrillas carried out an action targeting this unit after putting it under surveillance for a while. In the action, three enemy soldiers were identified killed.

After the action, the occupying forces bombarded intensively the area with howitzers and mortars.

2. The occupying Turkish army's operation which was launched on September 13 in the areas of Gırê Hırmo, Girê Çolya and Hesena in the Cudi mountain of Şırnak, withdrew from the area on September 16.

3. On September 16, at 16:00, warplanes belonging to the occupying Turkish army bombed the Petrut valley of the Zap region of the Medya Defense Zones.

4. On September 16, at 16:00, the outposts of the occupying Turkish army located on the borderline bombarded the Tabura Êreba area of the Medya Defense Zones' Avashin region. Our forces who intervened in the fire which broke out as result of the bombardment extinguished the fire at night hours.

5. On September 8, our guerrillas encountered with invading Turkish army troops on the slopes of Çirengez in the Xaçareş area of ​​Muş and entered into conflict with enemy forces. In this conflict, the number of dead and wounded enemy soldiers could not be determined.

Our comrade Serxwebun who fought heroically against the enemy forces, has fallen into martyrdom, and a comrade of ours who was heavily wounded has been taken captive by the enemy forces.

6. On the evening of 4th September, the occupying Turkish army launched an operation in the Çiyayê Fila area of ​​Şırnak. In the operation, our guerrillas encountered at 23.00 hours with a unit of occupying forces and clashed with the enemy. The number of dead and wounded enemy troops in this conflict has not been determined.

Felat and his loyal comrades, who fought against enemy forces chest to chest, reached martyrdom.
