TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1- On 11 July, the Turkish state army launched a military operations with participation of 5 thousand soldiers in the areas of Resane, Bamitne, Zilek, Selima, Hindiv, Dahla Zere, Geliye Goderne, Gome Cale, Mala Gir and surrounding areas in between the districts of Silvan, Kulp and Lice/Amed.
On 14 July at around 15:00 hours, as a result of two enemy troops aimed to attack and destroy our guerilla forces intense clashes occurred. During this intense clashes, the Turkish state army bombarded the area of the clashes with heavy weaponary both on the air and land in order to destroy our guerrilla forces. As a result of these clashes, we have clerified that while 20 soldiers of the enemy killed and many more have been wounded by our guerrilla forces. It has been determined that 5 out of 20 enemy soldiers, who have been killed by our guerrillas, were contra units whome worn guerrilla uniforms. While there can not be net results about outcome of the clashes, our guerrillas confiscated 3 weapons (2 BKS, 1 crossbred) belongs to the Turkish state army. During these clashes, 2 member warriors of the guerrilla unit whome fought bravely against enemy also reached to martry.

2- On 14 July at around 17:30, the Turkish state army launched a military operation by air landing its troops with scorscy helicopters under the support of bombardment of the Cobra type attack helicopters in the areas of Saske, Salxan, Gayretova, Otlubas, Kozluca, Straits of Sefkan, Gamir and surrounding areas/Asagi Ovacik/Dersim. The military operation of the enemy force while showing as they pulling back in some areas, yet the operation extents towards the area of Yukari Ovacik and still continues.
3- Two people named Mustafa Arikan and Murad Keskin whome are working for the Construction Firm called Egemen Insaat responsible for building army stations in Dersim have been arrested by our guerillas. Our guerrillas questioning of these people still continues.
4- On 15 July in between 15:00-16:00 hours, the Turkish state army carried obus and Kathyusa attack on the Hills of Xeregol and Mahir Mirzo, the Villages of Resme and Zere/Zap/the Medya Defence Areas.
