Enemy soldiers indiscriminately shot their surroundings after the action, and the Osyan outpost bombarded the area with howitzers and mortars.

4. On June 25, at 8.30, our forces encountered with a disguised unit of the occupying Turkish army near the village of Kavarê of Muş and entered into conflict with the enemy unit. The number of dead and wounded soldiers in the conflict could not be determined.

5. The invasion operation of the occupying Turkish army with tens of thousands of soldiers, village guards and contras against Amed's Lice, Karaz (Kocaköy), Hênê (Hani), Hezro (Hazro), Piran (Dicle), Farqin districts and rural areas launched in May has been withdrawn inconclusively.

The operation of the occupation forces which lasted over a month with 24 hour nonstop support with reconaissance and land intelligence, along with the most modern weapon power has been concluded with a strong defeat. Just as how the operation aiming to destroy our forces has not reached its target, our forces have continuously targeted the disguised and regular army units, as a result heavy blows have been inflicted on the Turkish army.

Throughout the entire operation, we have had no guerrilla losses other than our two comrades who reached martyrdom after approaching the enemy with great courage and our one comrade who was captured by the enemy. In response to this, the invasion fores have practised intensive oppression and torture against the local people.

The enemy forces which applied bans on areas where the operation continued for over a month has not allowed villagers to enter their own villages, soil cultivation and animal grazing, along side this the enemy has wanted to terrify the locals by arbitrary arrests and approaches that are against human rights. Our people have been taken from their villages to miltary stations with sikorsy-type helicopters and been clearly threatened.

During the operation, the invasion forces which did not only settle with these practises has not refrained from executing our patriotic people who were identified before under the name of traffic accidents. The news that a police vehicle and civilian vehicle has crashed and that 5 civilians have lost their lives near the village of Güçlü in Amed's Lice district has become the cover of concealing this massure. Despite the oppression, violence, torture policies and these practises attempting to dismay our people and the massacre attempts aiming to break the bridge between the guerrilla and the people, the occupying Turkish army which could not find what it expected has been forced to withdraw the operation unsuccessfully.

6. On June 25, at 10.45, our forces organized an action against an armoured vehicle on the move from the centre of Erzincan province to the Yaylabaşı outpost. The number of dead and injured soldiers in the action could not be determined. After the action, the occupying Turkish army, which launched an operation in the area, transferred numerous ambulances and armoured vehicles to the area.

7. On June 24, our guerrillas encountered with the occupying Turkish army in the Karayılan area of Iskenderun district of Hatay and entered into conflict with enemy forces. In the conflict, the number of dead and wounded soldiers could not be determined.
