TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1-On 2 October, the occupier Turkish state army launched a military operation in and surrendering areas of the Villages of Cinata, Herbe, Talate, Cibilgirave and Cale, in the district of Nusaybin/Mardin. The enemy military operation pulled back in the morning hours of 4 October, with no result.
2-On 4 October, the occupier Turkish state army launched a military operation in the areas of Benav, Alixoso, Derxus and Sise, in the district of Lice/Amed. The occupier Turkish state army intensively bombarded the areas with obus, mortar and Tanks in between 05:30:06:00 hours. And then after, air-landed its operational forces on these areas under the support of cobra type helicopters. While our guerrillas followed the operational forces, have carried out an action at 15:00 hour, on the enemy in the area in between the Villages of Kaniya Spi and Goma Meryan. As a result, at least 1 enemy soldier killed and 2 others wounded. Aftermath of the action, the occupier Turkish state army intervened to the area of action with armored military vehicles and cobra type helicopters, and later had to pulled back its forces.
3-On 4 October at 15:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the sikorski type enemy helicopters carrying ammunition and military equipments to the operational enemy forces in the area of the Triangle of the Village of Torik, in the district of Eruh/Siirt. As a result, 1 sikorski type helicopter has been hit and damaged by our guerrillas, and the damaged helicopter had to flew away from the area.
4-Our guerrilla actions against the military operations of the occupier Turkish state army targeting our control and sovernighty in the districts of Semdinli, Yuksekova and Cukurca/Hakkari still continues.
Thereafter; on 5 October at 13:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against an enemy unit made of 30 soldiers, who positioned on the Hill of Serengil in between the districts of Semdinli and Yuksekova and were marching towards the area of Veregoz. Our guerrillas’ action has been carried out in three different wings on the enemy and as a result 9 enemy soldiers killed. Number of wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clarify. Aftermath of the action, while the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardment on the area of action, also intensively bombarded the area with Tanks and Panzers. In mean time, our guerrillas intervened to the cobra type helicopters belong to enemy, which intervened to the area as well. As a result, 2 hours long clashes occurred and then after the cobra type helicopters had pull back from the area and flew away. Yet, before leaving the area, the cobra type helicopters killed many animals belong to the villagers in the area.
Aftermath of the action, the occupier Turkish state army also carried out air-bombardments on the general areas of the Mnt. Carcela. The clashes still continue in the area while our guerrilla’s sovereignty and control on the area still continues as well. The occupier Turkish state army carried out a raid on the Village of Begoza and surrendering area. After carried out search in many of the house and buildings of the Village, the operation pulled back.
Also, the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments with war-planes on the area of Karker and the Village of Bim/Zap/the Medya Defense Areas, on 5 October at 21:00 hour.
5-On 5 October in between 21:00-21:30 hours, the war-planes belong to the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the Village of Enze and its surrendering area/Kandil/the Medya Defence Areas.
6-On 5 October in between 21:00-21:30 hours, the war-planes belong to the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the Strait of Dahile, in between the Villages of Sapane and Dahile/Sideka.
7-On 5 October at 16:30 hour, the occupier Turkish state army launched a military operation in the area of Cet, in the district of Hozat/Dersim. The operation began with air-landing its forces on the area under the support of cobra type helicopters. While the operation expands, there are clashes occurs time to time. The details on the operation and clashes will be given in the coming days.
