1. Within the scope of the Martyr Pîroz and Martyr Agirî Revolutionary Campaign, on June 10, at 09.30, our forces conducted a sabotage action against a disguised unit of the occupying Turkish army which was trying to position in the Elî Direj valley in the Bradost region of Southern Kurdistan’s Sidakan. The number of dead and wounded soldiers in this action could not be determined.
2. On June 8, at 16.20, our forces conducted an action against a group of soldiers leaving the Fem outpost in Bingöl’s Yedisu district. Four soldiers were killed in this enemy unit which was effectively hit in close range, and two soldiers were wounded. The occupying Turkish army, which carried away dead and wounded soldiers from the area with Sikorsy helicopters, launched an operation in the area. This operation was withdrawn without any results on at 14.00 hours on June 9.
On June 9, at 21.45, our forces carried out an action against the Anıtepe outpost in central Dersim. One soldier was identified killed in this action where the enemy’s positions were effectively hit. The invading Turkish army which launched an operation in the area on June 10, at 05.30, withdrew from the area without any results on the evening hours of the same day.
3. On June 10, between 11.00 and 12.00 hours, the invading Turkish army’s warplanes carried out comprehensive air strikes against the Qandil region in the Medya Defense Zones. Warplanes bombed the Bêtala village and Bedrana valley in the Kalatuka area, the Suredê, the slopes of the Sheikh Nasır hill in the Suredê, Dereşê and Balayan areas, the slopes of the Martyr Cihan hill, the Kozinê, Bokriskan and Zergelê valleys, and lastly the territories of the Tepê (Hill) Hiwa.
With these attacks against the Qandil region, the occupying Turkish army is in the effort of destroying the area by terrorizing the villagers living in the region. As a result of these attacks, many villages and vineyards belonging to villagers were damaged.
On the other hand, the invaders who cannot fight against the guerrilla are producing intense propaganda based on false news in the context of private and psychological warfare, declaring to the public that they have obtained results with the air strikes they have carried out. Attempts to invade Southern Kurdistan have started in the Bradost region of Sidakan since 14 December 2017. From the first day of attempts to invade Southern Kurdistan in the Bradost region, our guerrilla forces have displayed a relentless resistance and inflicted heavy blows on the invaders. The images reflected in the guerrilla camera and published on Gerila TV are the most concrete documents of this resistance. In the face of guerrilla resistance, the invaders will never be able to reach their goal and will not be able to get away from being defeated by the guerrilla.
