Press Release

 1. On January 18, at 10.00, our guerrilla forces organized an action against the invading Turkish army soldiers who worked constructing a border wall between Iran and the Republic of Turkey in the Kirê Serbend of the Glidag area of Agri. In the action, two soldiers were killed and three soldiers were wounded. Following the action, the occupying Turkish army and the Iranian army launched an operation in the field. The operation was withdrawn without any result in the evening on the same day.

 2. On January 15, at 11:00, our forces carried out an action against enemy positions on the Koordine hill in the Hakkari's Çelê (Çukurca). In the action, the number of dead and wounded soldiers could not be determined.

 On January 17, our forces targeted the enemy positions on the Koordine Hill for the second time. Three enemy positions that were hit effectively were destroyed. The number of dead and wounded soldiers in the action could not be determined.

 On January 18, at 10.20, our forces organized another action against the positions of the occupying Turkish army on the Koordine hill. The number of dead and wounded soldiers could not be determined in the action where enemy positions were hit effectively.

 3. On January 18, at 14.15, our forces carried out an action against the occupying Turkish army soldiers on the Martyr Kendal hill in Sirnak's Qileban (Uludere) district. In the action, where enemy positions and shelters on the hill were hit effectively, one position and one tower were destroyed. The number of dead and injured soldiers in the action could not determined.
