TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1. On 3^rd of July, 2010, at around 20:00 hours, our Guerrilla Forces carried an action against the Botas petrol pipe lines in the area of Qertmine/Midyat/Mardin. Afterwards of this sabotage action by our Guerrilla Forces, the firefighters from Mardin-Central, Midyat and Sirnak attended to the sceen of the area under the security of the military vehicles and soldiers of the Turkish state army.

2. On 3^rd of July, 2010, in between 05:00-06:00 hours, the Turkish state army bombarded the Hills of Havan and Sehit Colemerg/Zap/The Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.

3. Since 2^nd of July, 2010, the Turkish state army, time to time, yet continuesly bombarding the areas of Kucuk Gare, Ertus and Erbis/Zap/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.

4. On 3^rd of July, 2010, in between 10:00-12:00 hours, the Turkish state army bombarded the area of As, the Hills of Heliz and Siser/Haftanin/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.

5. On 30^th of June, 2010, our Guerrilla Forces carried an action against the Hill of Aker/Pervari. The Hill of Aker is a place where 200 soldiers, 1 tank, 1 panzer, 2 obus, 2 Katyusah rampage, 20 tenths and 2 entries have been placed by the enemy in order to secure the cannon Brigate. Guerrilla Forces carried their action against the enemy positions at around 22:30 hours with heavy weapons, and as a result 4 military tenths destroyed and a panzer have been damaged. Also, as a result of first clashes occurred during this action, six (6) enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas and and two (2) of our guerrillas named Kahraman (Abdurrahman Bozdag) and Silav (Gurbet Gokal), also reached to their testimony after their brave resistance.  Afterwards of this first action, a second action carried out by our Guerrilla Forces against the enemy forces, who were coming in support  of first clashes from the area of Osyan. As a result of this second action, three enemy soldiers have been killed and a scorscy type military helicopter which was trying to collect the bodies of the dead and wounded enemy soldiers has been hit and damaged by our Guerrilla Forces. The military helicopter forced to leave the area. On 1^st of July, 2010, at around 08:00 hours, another clash occurred in between our Guerrilla Forces, who were pulling back, and the enemy forces. As a result of this clash, eight (8) of our guerrillas have reached to their testimony after being caught in between the circles of the enemy and bravely resisted.
