TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1-As we stated on 24 January, our communication have been cut off with 2 of our comrades after a military operation carried out by the occupier Turkish state army. We have had cleared now that 2 of our comrades have been martyred.

On 22 January at 08:00 hour, a clash occurred in between our 2 comrades and enemy operational soldiers in the rural area of the district of Midyat/Mardin. Our comrades have been bravely resisted against heavy bombardments with cobra type helicopters, tanks, panzers and heavy weaponry, together with hundreds of soldier and policeman.

2-On 24 January at around 17:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action in the suburb of Toki/central city of Batman, where there is a heavy presence of Special operational police teams. The action has been carried out against a bus carrying 40 members of special operational police teams. Yet, number of killed and wounded couldn’t clarify.
