TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1-Intensive clashes also continued on 11 September within the scope of an military operation launched on 10 September, by the occupier Turkish state army in the area of Sikere Spi/Semdinli/Hakkari.
On 11 September at 08:00 hour, the clashes in between our guerrillas and enemy forces, who positioned themselves in the area of Sikere Spi and wanted to march forward, have been continued until late night hours. As a result of these clashes, while 4 enemy soldiers killed, our guerrillas did not let them to march forward and force them to stay on the Hill where they were.
On the same day in between 18:30-19:00 hours, a enemy unit, which made of 100 members of Special Teams moved to capture the Strait of Ewliya/Semdinli, where our guerrillas carried an action against them from 4 different sides. As a result, 10 enemy soldiers killed and the number of wounded couldn’t be able to clarified by our guerrillas. While enemy force carried away the corpses of their killed and wounded soldiers with sikorsky type helicopters, also replaced most of the soldiers of this unit with new ones. Also, during the action 2 of our comrades have been martyred as well. We will be share the I.D. details of our martyred comrades with public in the coming days.
Our guerrillas also carried out an action against the Gare Regiment, on 11 September in between 10:30-11:00 hours. The action has been targeted the enemy Tanks and obus positions. As a result, while the positions have been destroyed, 2 enemy soldiers also killed by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the action, the occupier Turkish state army bombarded the surrounding area of the Regiment with obus and mortars.
The occupier Turkish state army also carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the areas of Geliya Nirkola, Goste, Masiro and the Strait of Ranyapire, on 11 September from morning to night. Also, the enemy war-planes carried out air-bombardments on the Hill of Goste and its surrounding areas, in between 19:30-21:00 hours.
The occupier Turkish state army also carried out air-bombardments on many areas of the Yuksekova-Oramar Region, as well.
On 11 September in between 11:30-12:30 hours, the war-planes belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the area of Gire Berxan; and the Villages of Baze, Alantus and Tobe, where as a result of these bombardments the historical churches in the Villages of Baze and Tobe have been collapsed.
2-On 11 September, the occupier Turkish state army launched a military operation on the areas of Sakak, Dest, Askasor and Sehit Nadir/Dersim Central. The enemy military operation still continues with search and ambushes in the area.
3-On 10 September at around 22:45 hour, clashes occurred in between one of our guerrilla Team, who went for a duty, and enemy forces within the district of Hani/Amed. During the clashes, enemy forces heavily used armored military vehicles. As a result of the clash, 3 of our comrades have been martyred. Yet, number of the killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clarify.
