TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1-On 2 September at 22:00 hour, our guerrilla forces both in the Botan and Van regions launched a The Martrys Adil and Nuda Revoulitonary Operation. Within scope of this new Revolitionary Operation, our guerrilla forces targeted the enemy military bases of Bayrak, Beboske, Ceper; the building of the Brigade; the Mezra Regiment; the Jendarmerie station and its security Hill; the buildings of police and the Special Operational Teams and its security positions, the house of the head of the district; state building of the district; and, all other state buildings within and surrounding area of the district of Beytussebap/Sirnak. All the roads leads to the district of Beytussebap now under our guerrilla control.
During the operation, our guerrillas taken control of all the targeted point and positions belongs to enemy in the first 15 minutes, in the district. All the enemy positions and watch cabins belongs to the Special Operational Teams and Police have been destroyed by our guerrillas. Our guerrillas also took control of a security Hill positioned by Jendarmerie within the district, and destroyed all the points of the Police in front of the State Building of the district. Our guerrillas took control of the State building of the district, searched the building and conficated many technical materials and ten after destructed the building together with the materials in it. The members of the Special Operational Teams and Police Forces left their positions and escaped to the Commandment of the Brigade. Also, our guerrillas destroyed the Bridge in between the district of Beytussebap and Sirnak.
While our guerrillas destroyed the most of the positions of the enemy on the Hill of Bayrak, also effectively hit the Mezra Regiment and Commandment of the Brigade. Also, the Hill of Beboske has taken over by our guerrillas, and our guerrillas have went on to 22 corpses of enemy soldiers killed. Here, our guerrillas confiscated weapons and military materials belongs to these killed soldiers. All the heawy weaponary on this Hill have been destroyed. After our guerrillas took control of the Hill, the occupier forces of Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar bombardments on this Hill.
In the morning hours of 3 September, our guerrillas hit the sikorsky and cobra type helicopters, which came to carry away their corpses of soldiers killed. Here, 1 sikorsky type helicopter hit and taken down and 2 other sikorsky hit and heavily damaged.
During the first phase of the operation occurred in the central district and in its surrounding area, all the enemy military bases have been targeted and as a result total of 53 enemy soldiers and policemen killed and more than 50 soldiers and policemen wounded by our guerrillas. Also, during all this actions, 5 Panzers, 4 A4 weapons, 1 official vehicle belongs to the Head of the district, mortar of 120 have been destroyed by our guerrillas. Our guerrillas also confiscated 5 HK33 and its 30 cartridges, 1 full aotomatic BKC with its chain and bullets, 1 Karnas type assasination weapon, 1 bomb-thrower and its 5 rockets, 4 Thermal cameras, 3 big walkie-talkies, 1 small walkie-talkie, 2 day light binoculers, 3 telephones, 1 Nicon type camera, and many other military materials belongs to enemy.
While all the roads around the district of Beytussebap are under the control of our guerrillas, on the second day of the operation our guerrillas set-up control points on the road of Sirnak-Beytussebap and, stopped the vehicles and controled the I.D.s of the passangers. Our guerrillas have informed the people and journalists belongs to different media on the revolitionary operation ongoing in the ditrict. Our guerrillas continue to control the area. Also, our guerrillas placed its flag on the Hills facing the district. There is no initiation from the occupier Turkish state army yet, but occupier forces carrying out obus and mortar bombardments on the surrounding area of the centarl district, with no aim.
Within the scope of the operation, our guerrilals also carried out an action on the Hill of Ceper/Beytussebap, on 3 September. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed and 1 other wounded.
During Martryd Adil and Nuda Revolutionary Operation total of 4 of our comrades reached to martry. We will share their I.D. details in the upcoming days.
2-While our guerrillas still continue to control the area on the Yuksekova and Semdinli line, carried out different type of actions on 3 September. Those are;
On 3 September in between 09:30-18:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out a road control in between the area of Gerdiye and Semdinli/Hakkari. While our guerrilals controll the I.D.s of the people, also informed them about developing period.
On 3 September at around 10:15 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against a sikorsky type helicopter, which came from the district of Yuksekova and wanted to air-land on the Mnt. Goman, nearby the Village of Sapata. As a result, the helicopter hit and heavily damaged and made a urgent land on the Hill of Radiolink. Aftermath of this action, enemy forces carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the surrounding area with no aim.
On 3 September at around 15:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out action against 2 sikorsky type helicopters carrying military material and ammunition from the district of Yuksekova/Hakkari to the Sitazin military station of enemy. As a result of this action, the sikorsky type helicopters had to repulsed.
3-On 3 September at around 17:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a opeartional enemy military convoye nearby the Korxe military station/Lice/Amed. As a result, 1 MountDeer type armoured vehicle has been hid and destroyed. Number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified. Aftermath of this action, the occupier Turkish state army bombarded the surrounding area with cobra type helicopters with no aim. As a result of these bobardments on the area a bush-fire began, which still continues.
