On May 1, our YJA Star guerrillas carried out a comprehensive action against Turkish military unit comprising of gendarme special operations (JÖH) and contras deployed in Zengok village in Muş. Our forces put under surveillance this unit that was hidden in the area and hit the enemy positions effectively around 19:45 hours. Our guerrillas also hit a unit that attempted to intervene in the scene following the action. After the action, our action unit has securely moved away from the area.
In these actions, 10 gendarme special operations (JÖH), 3 contras were killed and many soldiers were wounded. Our forces destroyed 7 weapons and 7 bags belonging to the enemy. The occupying Turkish army carried away its dead and wounded from the area with train and launched an operation in the area.
2. On June 3, at 07:00, our forces carried out an action targeting contras who was in charge of the security of a new outpost under construction in Martyr Brûsk area in Amed's Piran (Dicle) district. Strikes at close range left 2 contras dead and 1 other wounded, while their hut was also hit and destroyed.
3. On June 3, at 18.15, our YJA Star forces carried out an assassination action targeting soldiers positioned on hill of the Vedat Özkaya outpost in Agiri's Bazid (Doğubeyazıt) district, which left one soldier killed.
4. On June 3, at 19:30, our guerrillas carried out an action against the Hêşet outpost in Siirt's Pervari district. The number of soldiers killed or wounded here couldn't be clarified.
