TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1-The military operation launched by the occupier Turkish state army in the areas of the Villages of Kosedag, Cerkez koy, Cat, Dahar, Xaneafter; and the Valley of Kalo/in the area of Cemce, on 18 October after our guerrilla’s action in the district of Elesgirt/Agri, still continues with search and ambushes of the enemy hidden units in these areas.
2-On 18 October in between 18:00-19:00 hours, our guerrillas carried an action against a enemy military convoy while passing the area of Darbiye/Senyayla, in between Mus and the district of Kulp/Amed. As a result, while 1 mountain-deer type armored military vehicle destroyed, number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clarify. Aftermath of the action, enemy forces launched a partial military operation in the area, yet pulled back on the same day with no result.
3-On 21 October at around 10:45 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against an enemy military convoy while passing by the area of Korxe, in the district of Lice/Amed. As a resul, 1 mountain-deer type armored military vehicle has been destroyed together with 6 enemy soldiers in it. Later, the occupier Turkish state army closed the road to the traffic for two hours.
4-The military operation launched by the occupier Turkish state army on 18 October, in the surrounding area of the Village of Axoke/Ozalp/Van, has been pulled back on 20 October, with no result. Yet, In mean time, the movements of the enemy soldiers in the surrounding areas of the Villages of Tilora, Gultepe and Per, in the district of Ozalp, which still continues.
5-On 21 October at around 13:30-14:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out a road control on the road in between the Villages of Derave and Diriske/Geliye Masiro/Baskale/Van. While our guerrillas controlled the I.D.s, also informed the people about latest developments. Also, in mean time 11 workers, who work at the border military stations, have been detained by our guerrillas. All 11 workers have been release after their initial questioning by our guerrillas and their promises for not to work again for enemy. During the road control, our guerrillas also destroyed a TIR belong to the Merve Transport, which carries provisions for enemy.
6-We have already informed the public in regard to the action carried out by our guerrillas nearby the Village of Setek/Bitlis, and as a result 1 of our comrade reached to martyr.
