1. On November 11, in the morning hours, the invading Turkish army launched an operation in the Geli area of Şırnak’s Gabar mountain. On the same day, around 12.00 hours, within the scope of the Martyr Delal Amed and Besta Martyrs Revolutionary Campaign, our YJA Star forces carried out a sabotage action against a unit of the operation attempting to position on the Deriyê Seqet Hill.

Seven enemy soldiers were identified killed as a result of the action carried out by our forces. Following the action, the invading Turkish army carried away dead and wounded soldiers with Sikorsky-type helicopters throughout the day.

2. On November 11 the invading Turkish army’s warplanes bombed the Ermuş area in the Xakurke region of the Medya Defence Zones at 11.40 hours, and the Sida village in the Zap region around 20.00 hours. While damage was caused in the vineyards and gardens of local people as a result of the bombardments, we have had no guerrilla losses.

3. The invading Turkish army has served to the public a series of fabricated news reports through the special war media, spreading the lie that we have had heavy guerrilla losses as a result of the bombardments carried out from the ground and air on November 9, 10 and 11. It is clear that these news reports, blatantly unrelated to the truth, are merely attempts to conceal the losses inflicted on the invading Turkish army after the successful actions of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla, and made in attempts to demoralise our people. The most accurate results of the war in Kurdistan is shared with the public through HPG. Our people should be sensitive and careful against these kinds of reports spread by the special war media.
