TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1-On 1 August, our guerrillas carried out a sabotage action on the Kerkuk-Yumurtalik Pipeline crossing in between the Village of Kertwene and the district of Nusaybin/Mardin. Our guerrillas did not let the pipeline to be in flames in order to not letting the land and gardens belongs to villagers to be damage, yet great damage occurred on the pipeline itself.
2-On 8 August at 18:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the soldiers of the occupier Turkish state army nearby the Village of Gurine Military Station in the district of Nusaybin/Mardin, which were carrying a military operation. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed. The corps of the killed soldier have been taken to the district of Nusaybin with a civilian vehicle after stayed one hour on the ground.
3-While the occupier Turkish state army continues its air-raids, on 8 August, the war-planes carried out bombardments on the areas of Goste, Kure Mizgefta and Ewliya/Semdinli. In mean time, enemy forces also carried out obus and mortar attacks on the areas of the Strait of Masiro, the Hillsides of Gare, the Hill of Konserve, and the Valley of Hacibeg River.
We have also received an information that 5 of our comrades also reached to martry during the 20 days of continuing our guerrillas control in the area. We will be sharing with public the I.D. details of our 5 comrades reached to marty as soon as we get the details.
4-On 8 August, our guerrillas carried an action against the Stone Quarry belongs to Veysi Sahin, who works for the Sirnak military Command Division of the occupier Turkish state army, secured by enemy soldiers and carries works for military purposes. As a result, 1 Bulldozer, 1 Lorry and 1 Stone Broker have been burnt and destroyed by our guerrillas.
5-Our guerrillas detained a person name Nebi Erol, who is a village-guard and a carries out spying activities for enemy in the Village of Kotranus/Hakkari central. The detainee have been released after his interrogation ended and he promised that he will not do these activities he carried out before. Our guerrillas also confiscated a weapon belongs to the detainee.
6-We have already informed the public about the first phase of the Revolutionary Opeartion carried out in the district of Cukurca/Hakkari, where our guerrillas carried out actions on the 19 different enemy military base and stations in the area, on 4 August. It has been cleared out that during these actions our guerrillas confiscated 10 Kaleskinof type weapons, 2 MG3, 5 G3, 4 HK33, and 20 magazines belongs to these weapons and, 1 small thermal camera and 1 big thermal camera belongs to enemy. During these actions, 7 Panzers, 1 hedgehog type military vehicle, 2 A4, 2 MG3, 1 BKC, 5 G3, 10 telephones and many military equipments have also been destroyed by our guerrillas.
On 7-9 August, our guerrillas also carried out actions on different enemy targets within the scope of second phase of the Revolutionary Operation.
Those are:
On 7 August at 07:30 and on 8 August at 12:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out 2 actions on the Gire enemy military base, in the district of Cukurca/Hakkari. As a result, 3 enemy pozitions and a 1 Nicon binoculers have been destroyed by our guerrillas.
On 8 August at around 06:30 hour, two security hills of the Bilican Regiment have been effectively hit by our guerrillas in the same time.
On 8 August at 08:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the Siker military station and its enterence at the same time. As a result, 1 Panzer has been detsroyed by our guerrillas.
On 9 August, our guerrillas carried out actions on Eris Battalion at 08:00 hour; Sere seve military station and Karatas military station at 08:00 hour, which all these actions still continues.
We couldn’t be able to clerified number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers as a result of these actions above.Yet, as it cleares out, we will be sharing the details.
Our guerrilas’ control on the area still continues. In genaral, enemy forces do not intervene on the area both in air and land, yet time to time enemy forces carries out obus and mortar attacks on the areas controlled by our guerrillas.
