1. Within the second phase of the Martyr Bedran Gundikremo and Martyr Nalin Muş revolutionary campaign, our guerrilla forces conducted actions against the occupying Turkish army in Hakkari's Gever (Yüksekova) and Şemzînan (Şemdinli) districts on September 7 and 8.
On September 7, around 10.45, our YJA Star guerillas targeted enemy soldiers deployed on the Martyr Ronahi hill in Şemzînan. In the action where enemy positions were struck effectively, two enemy positions were destroyed. The number of dead and wounded soldiers could not be clarified.
After the action, the occupying Turkish army fired at the area indiscriminately with heavy weapons until 16:00.
The details of the actions of our forces carried out against the occupying forces on September 8, are as following;
At 08.20, a disguised unit of the occupying Turkish army providing the security of the road to Çarçella area was targeted by our forces in Sivri hill Şemzînan district. One enemy soldier was killed in the action where enemy soldiers were struck effectively.
Our forces carried out an action targeting occupying forces working in the construction of the road in Xapuşke region of Şemzînan around 11.00. In the action, a digger which was struck at close range was damaged. The number of dead and wounded soldiers could not be clarified.
At 14.30, our YJA Star forces carried out an action against Zeytê outpost of the occupying Turkish army in Şemzînan. In the action where enemy positions were effectively struck, a tank position was destroyed and the number of dead and wounded enemy soldiers here could not be determined.
After the action, the occupying Turkish army shelled the area with howitzers and mortars.
Around 23.30, our YJA Star guerrillas carried out an action targeting a convoy of occupying forces consisting of armoured vehicles which was heading from Astenga Reş hill to the Wargenima outpost in Gever district.
After the action, the occupying Turkish army soldiers fired indiscriminately at the surrounding area and animals of locals while Sikorsky-type helicopters carried away dead and wounded soldiers from the area to the Wargenima outpost around 01.00.
2. On September 6, the occupying Turkish army launched an operation in the Martyr Xebat area in Adaklı district of Bingöl. On September 7, cobra-type helicopters bombed the area.
Within the scope of the Martyr Azad Farqin and Martyr Jinda Özgür revolutionary campaign, on September 8, our guerrillas put under surveillance a unit of operation. At 19.15, the unit was hit in close range. As a result of the effective hits, one sergeant and two soldiers were identified killed and many enemy soldiers were wounded.
After the action, occupying forces removed dead and wounded soldiers from the area with Sikorsky-type helicopters in support of Cobra-type helicopters. The operation still continues.
3. On September 8, at 14.00, 2 Cobra-type attack helicopters bombed the Gundikremo area in Cudi Mountain of Şırnak. Our forces responded to the enemy attack. Cobra-type helicopters were forced to retreat from the area.
4. On 2 September, the occupying Turkish army launched an operation in the Harçik valley in Dersim center. There were conflicts erupted between our forces and the enemy soldiers in the operation. In these conflicts, the number of dead and wounded enemy soldiers could not be determined. In the conflict and bombardment between our guerrillas and occupying forces who used the modern technique intensively, our three fellows were martyred after heroically fighting.
