The invasion operation launched by the invading Turkish state was received by the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla with an Apoist militant spirit, and heavy blows were dealt to the invaders in every area.
Our mobile guerrilla teams dealt effective blows to the invaders, and responded to the intense attacks of the invaders by creatively putting the new era tactics into practice.
During the heavy clashes, our comrade Fedai, one of the valuable valiant sons of our Arab people, reached martyrdom by fighting heroically and striking the invaders.
The details of the actions in which 3 invaders were punished and 1 injured as a result of the effective hits of our forces are as follows;
1. Within the scope of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign in the Zap region;
– On April 22, at 14:30, the invading Turkish army attepted to advance after bombing the Girê Şehîd Cûdî battle positions of the Girê Karker Resistance Area 6 times with warplanes. As a result of the effective intervention of our forces, clashes took place and the invaders had to retreat one stage. On the same day, at 17:40 and 19:10, the invaders attepted to advance towards the battle positions were shot by our forces with sabotage tactics, hand grenades and personal weapons. As a result of the effective intervention of our forces, at least 3 invaders were punished and 1 invader was injured.
– On April 22, between 22:00 and 01:00, Karker and Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Areas and Girê Ortê battle positions were bombed with attack helicopters. Intense clashes between the invaders and our forces continue in the resistance areas.
– On April 22, between 22:00 and 01:00, the invading Turkish army wanted to landing on the slopes of Çiyayêreş, Girê Rûbar and Girê Kovî with helicopters. The clashes that broke out as a result of the intervention of our forces continue.
– On April 22, between 22:00 and 01:00, the invaders on the move around the Werxelê Resistance Area were hit with heavy weapons by our forces. The number of occupiers punished and injured as a result of these hits could not be clarified.
– On April 22, between 17:30 and 22:50, the Çemço and Şehîd Adil areas were bombed with howitzers and warplanes fired from the border outposts.
2. In the first days of the comprehensive invasion operation launched against the Avaşîn area, our comrade Fedai took part in the mobile guerrilla teams and dealt heavy blows to the enemy, and reached martyrdom by fighting heroically. Our comrade Fedai was a valuable member of the Arab people and fought with a deep conviction of apoistic ideology and the paradigm of a democratic nation. He has thus become one of the heroes who symbolize our resistance.

Fedai – Hazim Ali El Nofel
Our comrade Fedai Kobanê was born in Jazaa in northern Syria. He got to know the Kurdish liberation movement in the course of the Rojava revolution. At that time, large sections of the Syrian population lived under the regime of Islamist groups that misused religion for their own purposes. Fedai joined the Kurdish movement based on Abdullah Öcalan's ideology of free coexistence between peoples and fought against ISIS during the most difficult time. He suffered a serious wound in the process, which further strengthened his will to fight. In 2016 he went to the mountains of Kurdistan. It was difficult for him to get used to his new living conditions at first. However, he managed to overcome his difficulties. The collective life and cooperative relationships of the guerrilla made a great impression on him and he wanted to be a part of it. He completed an ideological training and deepened his military knowledge, which he had already gained in Rojava. After three years in Gare, he went to Avaşîn in 2019. There he took part in numerous actions against the enemy. During last year's military operation, he fought both in a mobile unit and in the guerrilla's underground defenses. On 18 April, he fell in close combat against the Turkish invaders in the Werxelê resistance area.
We extend our condolences to the esteemed patriotic family of our martyred comrade, our Arab people and the people of Kurdistan.
Our comrade Fedai was a true hero that the Arab and Kurdish people can take as an example. He was deeply convinced that peoples can liberate themselves based on the Apoist paradigm. He took a stand against the brutal occupation by the Turkish state and made a major contribution to the liberation struggle of the Kurdish people. Heval Fedai is a prominent exponent of socialist ideology, an internationalist attitude and apoist militancy. We call on all Arab and Kurdish youths to follow Şehîd Fedai as an example and to expand our guerrilla army by joining them.
