The invading Turkish army, unable to advance in the face of the historical resistance of our forces in Zap and Avaşîn, is intensely bombarding the battle positions with chemical weapons and explosives.
Although the colonial Turkish army used chemical weapons 21 times and bombed resistance areas dozens of times, the effective actions of our forces under the leadership of YJA Star continue.
The details of the actions in which 5 invaders were punished and 1 drone was destroyed by downing are as follows;
1. In the Zap region;
– On May 12, at 16:30, the invaders around the Kevirêkun battle positions of the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area were targeted and shot by our YJA Star forces with an assassination tactic, and 2 invaders were punished.
– On May 13, the Şehîd Berxwedan battle positions of the Şehîd Şahin Resistance Area were bombed with chemical weapons and explosives. The invading Turkish army bombed the Şehîd Berxwedan battle positions 19 times with various chemical weapons containing tar and producing dense black and brown toxic smoke.
– On May 13, at 17:00, a drone on the Şehîd Şahin Resistance Area was shot down by our forces.
– The invaders, who took action around the battle positions in the Kurojahro Resistance Area at 10:15 on May 13, were targeted and shot by our forces with sabotage tactics and heavy weapons at 16:30. As a result of these actions, 2 invaders were punished. On the same day, the invaders attempted to advance towards the Şehîd Tolhildan battle positions were shot by our forces with sabotage tactics and 1 invader was punished.
– On May 13, at 13:00, the invaders attempted to advance towards the battle positions in the Şehîd Şahin Resistance Area were targeted with heavy weapons by our forces. As a result of the intervention of our forces, the invaders had to retreat one stage.
– Two attack helicopters belonging to the invading Turkish army, which tried to bombard the Kurojahro Resistance Area come from the KDP-controlled areas on 12 May, came under intense fire by our forces. As a result of the intervention of our forces, attack helicopters had to leave the area.
– In the morning hours of 14 May, intense clashes took place between our forces and the invaders who attempted to advance towards the battle positions of Girê Şehîd Sorxwîn in the Çiyareş Resistance Area. Detailed information on the ongoing conflicts will be shared with the public latter on.
2. In the Metina region;
– On May 13, at 13:10, our forces targeted the Kanî Masî outpost of the invading Turkish army, located within the borders of Başure Kurdistan. The targets determined as a result of the action were hit effectively.
3. The invading Turkish army carried out intense attacks against Medya Defence Zones with warplanes, attack helicopters and howitzers.
The details of the attacks are as follows:
– On 12 May, the Desta Kafya area in the Garê region was bombed twice by warplanes.
– Girê Şekîf slopes in the Xakurkê region were bombed with howitzers and mortars fired from the outposts on the border line on 13 May at night.
– On May 13, at 11:40, the Werxelê Resistance Area in Avaşîn region was bombed with attack helicopters and 2 times with chemical weapons.
– On May 13, the areas of Çemço, Çiyareş, Girê Cehennem, Şehîd Şemdîn, Kurojahro, Şikefta Birîndara, Karker, Şehîd Şahin, Girê Ortê and Girê Cûdî in the Zap region were bombed with howitzers, mortars, attack helicopters and 26 times with warplanes.
– On May 14, at 07:10, the Gunde Fileha area of the Zap region was bombed with warplanes.
