TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1- T he occupier forces of the Turkish state army' hidden units launched a military operation, and as a part of it ambushes, in the Plateaus of Sirnan and Kamyan/Bingol, for a while now. On 12 May at around 22:00 hour, a clash occurred in between our guerrillas and operational forces of enemy. As a result of these clashes, while we couldn't be able to clerify the numbers of killed and wounded enemy soldiers, our guerrillas did not give any looses. The occupier forces of the Turkish state army expand the military operation in these areas by deployed and air-landed soldiers, on 13 May at around 05:00 hour. The military operation in these areas still continues.

2- On 12 May in between 15:00-16:00 hours, the occupier forces of the Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar attacks on the areas of Girana, Museka and Merge, in the district of Semdinli, Hakkari.

3- On 13 May in between 04:00-05:00 hours, the occupier forces of the Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar attacks on the areas of Mamreso, Avasin and Avabasya/Zagros/the Medya Defence Areas.
