TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1- On 22 July, the Turkish state army launched a military operation in the areas of Mnt. Engizek/Maras. This operation pulled back with no result on 24 July.
2- On 24 July, the Turkish state army launched a military operation in the area of Sevdin/Bingol, by air-landing the soldiers under the support of cobra type attack helicopters. The operation pulled back with no result on 25 July.
3- On 28 July at around 17:00 hour, there has been a clash occurred in between our guerrillas and the operational forces of the enemy in between Mnt. Nurhak/Maras and Elbistan. As a result of this clash 2 enemy soldiers killed and 3 others wounded by our guerrillas.
4- On 30 July at around 16:30 hour, our guerrillas carried an action agains a gendarmerie unit, which came out for a operation in the area in between the Kandil Dam and Ekinozu/Maras. As a result of this action, 4 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas.
