TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1- On 8 September in between 20:00-21:00 hours, our guerrillas have had burnt 9 vehicles and destroyed an office on building side of a Dam in the district of Sirvan/Siirt. Also, 8 people present in the work yard have had taken into custody for further questioning on the matter by our guerrillas. Later, 4 of them have been released after their questioning ended, and the questioning of the other 4 continues, which we will be informing the public on the matter later.

2- On 8 September, the colonist Turkish state army launched a military operation under the support of cobra type helicopters in the areas of Davula, Balaka, Zerzengele, Bileh, Binevs, Levine and Geliye Levine/Berwar Sewdin/Hakkari. The operation in the area still continues.

3- On 9 September in between 04:00-05:00 hours, the colonist Turkish state army carried up obus and mortar attack on the area of Kela Ertus, the Hill of Sehit Cihat and the Village of Nerveh/Zap/the Medya Defence Areas. As a result of this attack, a fire began in the area, which still continues.
