TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1- On 19th of August, 2010, in between 06:00-07:00 hours, the Turkish state army bombarded the area of Besta/Sirnak, with obus and mortars.
2- In the early morning hours of 18th of August, 2010, the Turkish state army launched a military operation in the surrounding areas of the villages of Govike and Terazin nearby the Mnt. Mengene in between the districts of Baskale and Ozalp/Van. The military operation ended on the same night with no result.
3- On 18th of August, 2010, in between 07:00-08:00 hours, the Turkish state army bombarded the Hill of Karker/Zap/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.
4- On 17th of August, 2010, a military operation launched in the area of Rusor/Sehriban/Gabar/Sirnak. The operation pulled back on the night hours of 18th of August, with no result.
