TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1- On 16th of September, 2010, the Turkish state army launched a military operation against the villages of Saxo and Hewle, and the Hill of Hirmo/Cudi/Sirnak. While obus and morter attack carried out in the area as a part of the military operation, tanks and cobra type attack helicopters also bombarded the area. As a result of this attack, a fire began in the area, which still continues.
2- Since 17th of September, 2010, 09:00 hours, the Turkish state army continuing to carrying out obus and mortar attack on the Valley of Sehit Viyan and the Village of Heliz/Haftanin/The Medya Defence Areas.
3- Since 15th of September, 2010, the Turkish state army carrying obus and mortar attacks on the Hills of Sehit Beritan, Koordine and Telefon/Xakurke/the Medya Defence Areas.
4- On 16th of September, 2010, in between 21:00-23:00 hours, the Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar attack on the Valley of Alanis/Haftanin/the Medya Defence Areas.
5- On 14th of September, 2010, our guerrillas carried a retaliation action against a police patrol vehicle in Hasanbeyli/Osmaniye. As a result at least 2 policeman wounded.
