The Turkish occupying army is committing further war crimes with the use of phosphorus-enriched shells. The Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla responded to the attacks in self-defence. Areas where our forces are located were bombed by a fighter jet in one case and by tanks, howitzers and heavy weapons in 43 other cases.

In addition, guerrilla resistance areas were attacked 15 times with shells containing phosphorus.

The details of the attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army are as follows;

1. In the Zap region;

– The invaders who attacked our resistance positions near the village of Sîda in the Şêladize sub-district of the Amediyê district on February 25 at 10:30 and 12:00 were hit by our forces with heavy weapons in order to defend themselves.

– On February 25, at 19:00, the invaders around the resistance positions near the village of Sîda in the Şêladize sub-district of the Amediyê district attacked our forces and wanted to planted a surveillance camera system. Our forces hit the invaders with an assassination tactic and 1 invader was punished.

2. The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with banned bombs;

– On February 25, our resistance positions near the village of Sîda in the Şêladize sub-district of the Amediyê district were bombed 15 times with phosphorus bombs.

3. The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army;

– On February 24, the Xêre area in Garê was bombed once with warplanes.

– On February 25, our resistance positions in the Çemço region of the Sheladize sub-district of Amediye district and near the village of Sîda were bombed 43 times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.
