1. At 06:00 on August 18, the invading Turkish army launched an invasion operation in the Geliyê Şehîd Firat area of the Kemah district of Erzîncan.
The Turkish army forces patrolled until the evening hours and withdrew with no results after deploying its secret troops to the area at 20:30.
2. Avaşîn region, Girê Sor and Werxelê Resistance Areas;
- On August 24, the invading Turkish army forces attempted to advance after bombing the Girê Sor Resistance Area with explosives. Following the intervention of the guerrilla forces here, the invaders had to withdraw without achieving any results. On the same day, at 19:00, the resistance areas were bombed once again with explosives and heavy weapons.
- On August 24, between 02:55 and 03:00, the invading Turkish army forces attempted to advance after bombing the Werxelê Resistance Area four times with explosives. Following the intervention of the guerrillas, the invaders were forced to retreat.
- The Turkish forces, who could not advance as a result of the intervention of our forces despite using all military methods in Werxelê, used chemical weapons intensively against the resistance areas on the morning of 25 August.
- On August 24, between 20:00 and 22:00, Turkish helicopters flew over the Qaşura line of the Metîna region. During the same hours, the vicinity of the villages of Kêste, Derarê, Seraru, Deşîşê, Êdinê in the Kanî Masî sub-district of the Amadiya district, the hillsides of Girê Zendura, Girê Şehîd Çiya and the Koordine area were bombed by attack helicopters.
- On August 24, between 23:00 and 01:00, the Type T, Çemço and Kûnîşka areas in the Zap region were bombed by attack helicopters and howitzers fired from the outposts on the borderline.
- On August 24, between 21:30 and 23:40, the Turkish helicopters flew over the areas of Mervanos, Tabûra Ereba, Girê Sor, Girê Spî and Girê Silêman in the Avaşîn region. On the same day, between 23:00 and 00:00, the hillsides of Stûnê, Girê Şehîd Rizgar, Qela Stûnê, Girê Şehîd İntîkam were bombed by attack helicopters.
