TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1- On 3 May, the Turkish state Press reported that there was an initiation of an attack against the soldiers belongs to the Turkish state army, responsible of the border security, in the mountaines rural area of the district ofCukurca/Hakkari.

Our guerrillas have not been initiated any such action on the date and time given by these reports. This information given by these reports are false and aims to distort the truth.

2- On 3 May, The Turkish state press reported that our guerrillas initiated an attack against the Atmaca Gendarmerie Station/Mazgirt/Dersim, and this suppose attack have been realised earlier by the soldiers and repulsed the guerrillas. However, these reports are part of a special warfare policies and aims to distort the truth.
