TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1- The colonist Turkish state army's troops entered into the surrounding area of the Village of Ore/Kasura/Haftanin/the Medya Defence Areas, on 25 October at around 11:00 hour. And as a result of resistance by our guerrillas clashes occurred.

Yet, the number of casualities couldn't be able to clerified. The enemy troops couldn't be able to go further into the area as a result of our guerrillas resistance and in mean time the cobra type helicopters intensively bombarded the area. Also, as result of strong resistancy by our guerrillas, the enemy troops pulled back while the cobra type helicopters intensively bombarding the area. Again, the colonist Turkish state army carrying out intensive artillary attacks on the area, since 25 October.

 

2- On 24 October, our guerrillas carried out an action against the operational enemy troops nearby the Village of Awina Betate/Gabar/Sirnak. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed by our guerrillas.

3- On 24 October at around 17:40 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a panzer and a Reo type enemy military vehicles in between the areas of Albayrak and Kanispi/Baskale/Van. As a result of this action, 6 enemy soldiers killed, 1 panzer destroyed and a Reo type vehicle damaged by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the action, the colonist Turkish army prohibited all entrie and exists to the area, until the night hours of 25 October.

4- On 24 October at around 14:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out an action against operational troops, who were caming back from the operations in the area of Cukurca, nearby the area of Tiyare. As a result, a scorpian type armoured vehicle destroyed by our guerrilla, yet the number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn't be able to clerified.
