The resistance developed by our forces with the Apoist militant spirit against the invasion operation of the colonial Turkish army continues uninterruptedly.
The invading Turkish army, which suffered heavy blows in the face of the resistance carried out by the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla with unlimited self-sacrifice under the most difficult conditions, continues to commit war crimes by using chemical weapons intensively against the Resistance Areas. Despite using all the dirty war methods, 3 invaders were punished and 1 invader was injured as a result of the effective actions.
The details of the actions taken are as follows;
1. In the Zap region;
– On May 5, at 15:15, the invaders located around the Girê Şehîd Harûn battle positions in the Kurojahro Resistance Area were shot down by our forces with a coordinated guerrilla action from two sides. As a result of the action, 1 invader was punished and 1 invader was injured.
– On May 5, at 12:00 and 13:30, the invaders in Girê Şehîd Armanc in the Çiyareş Resistance Area were shot twice by our forces with the assassination tactic, and 2 invaders were punished.
– On May 5, at 12:30, the invaders in the Martyr Şahin Resistance Area were targeted with heavy weapons by our forces.
– On May 4, at 01:30, 2 attack helicopters that came over the KDP-controlled areas and attepted to bombard the Kurojahro Resistance Area were targeted by our forces. As a result of the intervention of our forces, attack helicopters had to leave the area.
– On May 5, between 13:30 and 12:30, the battle positions in the Şehîd Şahin and Kurojahro Resistance Areas were heavily bombed with chemical weapons. On the same day, the Girê Şehîd Cûdî and Girê Ortê battle positions in the Karker Resistance Area were bombed with war explosives and chemical weapons.
2. On May 4, at 17:30, a drone was lifted from the KDP base in Bakırman sub-district of Akrê district and sent over the guerrilla points in the Garê region. This drone, which was sent for military reconnaissance, was shot down by our forces. On May 5, at 04:00 the place where this drone downed was bombed twice by Turkish warplanes with the aim of completely destroying the drone.
3. The invading Turkish army's attacks on Medya Defece Zones continue uninterruptedly. The details of the bombardments with warplanes, attack helicopters and howitzers are as follows:
– At 19:35 on 5 May and at 01:00 on 6 May, the slopes of Derîyê Hirçê in the Garê region were bombed with warplanes.
– On May 5, at night, the Girê Cûdî area in the Zap region was bombed by attack helicopters and twice by warplanes.
– On May 5, at 17:00, the Girê Şekîf slopes of the Xakurkê region were bombarded with howitzers fired from the outposts on the border line.
– On May 5, at 12:30, the Werxelê area in Avaşîn region was bombed with attack helicopters.
– On May 5, between 20:30 and 22:00 in the Zap region, Martyr Şahin, Kurojahro, Martyr Harun, Martyr Cûdî, Şikefta Birîndara, Karker, Girê Hell, Çiyareş and Çemço areas, howitzers fired from the outposts on the border line, attack helicopters and It was bombed 9 times with warplanes.
