1. Within the scope of the Martyr Pîroz and Martyr Agirî Revolutionary Campaign, on August 31, at noon, our forces carried out a sabotage action against soldiers on the move between Xırvatê and Meydan Belekê outposts in Hakkari’s Gever (Yüksekova) district, and one soldier was killed here.

Following the action, our forces carried out a second sabotage action against an enemy unit which arrived on the scene in the evening hours. The number of dead and wounded soldiers in this action could not be clarified. On the same day, at 09.10, within the scope of the revolutionary campaign, our forces carried out an assassination action against the soldiers positioned on Meclis hill in the Çarçella area of Gever. One soldier was killed here.

2. On the same day, at 12.30, the individuals named Xwinrêj (Isa Aşkan) and Fırat (Fojdan Karaer) surrendered to enemy forces in the Herinkê village of Hakkari’s Gever district.

3. On August 22, at 12.00, the invading Turkish army launched an operation in Tırşinê area of Van’s Gürpınar district. The invading forces, heavily bombing the operation area with warplanes and Cobra-type helicopters, carried out setdowns to the area with Sikorsy helicopters following the bombardments. Heavy conflicts have taken place between our forces and the invading soldiers following this. Our comrades Dıjwar and Ruken fell as martyrs fighting against the enemy heroically in these conflicts where many soldiers were killed and wounded.

4. On the evening of August 24, the invading Turkish army launched an extensive operation in the Faraşin area of Şırnak’s Beytüşşebap district, the Çalyan and Tirşinê areas of Van’s Gürpınar district, and the Geliyê Lêvinê area in Hakkari. The operation is still continuing.

5. The warplanes of the invading Turkish army have carried out air attacks against the Medya Defence Zones. Within this scope, warplanes bombed the Saca and Rençber Ağa villages in the Zap region between 13.00 and 14.00 on August 31, and the slopes of Nekip hill in the Xakurke area. On the same day, at 16.30, warplanes bombed the surroundings of Zawite village in Duhok province, and the Geliyê Kıyametê area. The fire which has broken out in the vineyards and gardens of locals due to the bombardments is still continuing.
