TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1- On 15 October in between 17:00-18:00 hours, our guerrillas carried a road blokage action in the area of Zage, in between Dersim-Erzincan. As a result of road blocage action 100 vehicles stopped and here trial of the Village-Guard, Ismail Gurbuz, who has been arrested by our guerrillas on 26 September, took place infront of the people. As a result of this trial the Village-guard have been released, giving him last more chance, after the decision of the people's court.

2- In the morning hours of 15 October, the colonist Turkish state army launched a military operation by air-landing its troops on the area of the Valley of Deliler and Derke/Dersim. The operation in the area still continues.

3- For a while now, a group of contras, who are wearing our guerrilla clothings, have been carrying out ambushes in the areas of Emirgan and Kaxperi/Dersim.

4- On 15 October in between 11:00-15:00 hours, the colonist Turkish state army carried obus and mortar attack on the areas of Dola Betalma, Sehid Rezan, Gire Rezan, Sehid Ayhan, the Hill of Kartal and the Strait of Sipan/Haftanin/the Medya Defence Areas.

5- On 15 October in between 19:30-21:00 hours, the colonist Turkish state army carried obus and mortar attack on the Village of Nerveh and surrounding area/the Medya Defence Areas. As a result of this attack 1 civilian wounded in the area.

6- For a while now, enemy mobile troops belongs to the Kirkdokuz military station in the district of Cukurca/Hakkari have been carrying out ambushes in the area. In the night hours of 14 October, our guerrillas carried an action against this operational troops of enemy. As a result 1 enemy soldier killed and another 2 wounded. Our guerrillas carried their second action against the enforcement enemy troops came on 15 October at around 17:00 hour. As a result of this second action, while 1 vehicle belongs to the enemy destroyed, the number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers could't be able to clerified. Aftermath of the action, the colonist Turkish state army launched a military operation in the areas of the action and Geliye Feqira. During operation of the enemy, our guerrillas carried another action on the enemy's operational troops. As a result, while 3 enemy soldiers killed and many of them wounded by our guerrillas.

Our guerrillas carried another action in the night hours of the same day. As a result of this action, the number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn't be able to clerified. Aftermath of this action, the Turkish state army carried out intensive bombardments on the area of action by using cobra type helicopters, obus and mortar.

7- On 14 October in between 20:00-22:00 hours, the colonist Turkish state army carried obus and mortar attack on the areas of Diriske, the Hillsides of Sehit Sarya, Bane Hote, the Hillsides of Bilbila, Germa and Pira Hesa/Garisa/Siirt. On the same day, the cobra type helicopters also bombarded these areas from 22:00 to 02:00 hours.

8- On 12 October, the cobra type helicopters belongs to the colonist Turkish state army bombarded the areas of Geliye Gilindir, Geliye Zengile and the Hillsides of Kasaphane/Sirnak. Beforhand, they pulled back their hidden units, whome were placed there a while ago, from the areas of the Hillsides of Sehit Adil and Kuca Kece.

9- On 12 October at around 16:30 hour, as a result of a plot by the village-guards, a clash occurred in between our guerrillas, who wanted to warn 4 people for cutting trees, and village guards nearby the Village of Mezre/Baykan/Siirt. As a result of this clash 2 of our guerrillas reached to their testimony after a bravelyclashed. Also, as a result of this clash 2 village-guards killed by our guerrillas.

10- On 13 October at around 16:30 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against a Police Station in the city of Denizciler/Iskenderun/Hatay. As a result of this action 2 policeman killed and 3 policeman wounded by our guerrillas. Also, one of our friend name Ali Hamza (Osman Uzun) reached to his testimony after playing a fedaiian role in these clashes.
