TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1. On 5^th of July, 2010, at around 12:30 hours, our guerillas carried an action against an armoured military vehicle near by the village of Tevle/the border gate of Gurbulak/Dogubeyazit/Agri.

This action carried out in commemoration of our martered comrades in Pervari, and as a result armoured military vehicle has been completely destroyed together with enemy soldiers in it. The Turkish state army close the area for  seven hours and this action hidden from the media and misinformation made on this case.

2. On 5^th of July,2010, at 19:50 hours, an action carried out by our Sehit Rizgar Action Team against the Hill of the Berik army station/Aricak/Elazig. The First Guerrilla Group targeted the posts of the enemy soldiers, as a result 3 posts of the enemy destroyed and eight (8) enemy soldiers killed after a clash. The second guerrilla group attacked to the Hill from different side with heavy weapons. As a result, this second group confiscated 1 MG-3 type weapon and a binoculars. Afterwards of the action, the Cobra type attack helicopters bombarded the area of action, as a result the area started to burn. Also, one (1) of our guerrillas name Zinar (Haci Mesen), reached to testimony after brave resistance. After the action in commemoration of our marteres in Pervari and Silvan, the Turkish state army launched a military operation in the area, which still continues.

3. On 5^th of July, 2010, at around 20:00 hours, our guerrillas carried two ambushes against the enemy unit  belongs to the Sineva army station/Yuksekova/Hakkari. In both these two ambushes four (4) enemy soldiers killed and one (1) wounded.

4. On 5^th of July, 2010, at 19:45 hours, our YJA-STAR Guerrillas carried two different actions against the Gaz Army station/Genc/Bingol. The actions carried out in commemoration of our martered comrades lately, and as a result two (2) enemy soldiers killed and one (1) wounded. Afterwards of the action, the Turkish state army bombarded the area with armoured vehicles and Cobra type attack helicopters then launched a military operation.

5. On 5^th of July, 2010, at around 10:30 hours, the Turkish state army launced a military operation with also involvement of the village-guards, in the areas of the Hill of Kolik and the village of Bedeve/Cukurca/Hakkari. The military operation still continues.

6. On 6^th of July, 2010, in between the hours of 00:30-01:00, the Turkish state army bombarded the area of Sesdara and, the Hills of Xerip and Xeliz/Haftanin/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.

7. Since 4^th of July, 2010, day and night, the Turkish state army bombarding the areas of Ertus and Kucuk Cilo/Zap/the Medya Defence Areas, with mortars and Katyusahs. As a result of this continuing bombardment by the Turkish state army, the lands of the villages of Petrot, Sifreza and Mirganis started to burn. The fire in the area continues.

8. On 3^rd of July, 2010, at around 18:00 hours, the Turkish state army launched a military operation with air-support of the Cobra type attack-helicopters against the peaks of the Serafettin, Mergemir, Xaniye Xalit Beg, Kure Sincik in between the districts of Solhan and Karliova/Bingol. On 5^th of July, 2010, the Turkish state army leaving some hidden army units in the area, partially pulled back. The military operation is still continues in the area.
