TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1- On 22 August in between 10:30-14:00 hours, war planes belongs to the Turkish state army carried an air raid on the area of Kasura, the Villages of Deresis and Sararo/Haftanin/the Medya Defence Areas. As a result of this air raid, the gardens and fields belongs to the villagers have been greately damaged. 2- On 22 August at around 20:45 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the houses of the Special Police Forces in the central district of Alacakaya/Elazig. As a result of this action, 2 members of the Special police forces killed. Also, a clash occurred  in between our guerrillas and two other policemen who came as reincforcement, and as result 2 policemen wounded as well. Aftermath of this action, special police forces have had fired around with no aim and as a result houses belongs to the head of the district also damaged from these gun fires of the policemens. As press reported about wounded wife of a mufti of the district have been wounded as a result of these shots of the policemen in the area with no aim.
3- On 21 August at around 10:30 hour, our guerrillas carried a sabotage action against a train while moving on between the districts of Genc and Xodan/Bingol. As a result, the train over turned and 2 vagons of the train destroyed. Aftermath of this action, the cobra type helicopters belongs tgo the Turkish state army bombarded the area.
4- On 22 August in between 12:00-14:30 hours, the colonist Turkish state army carried an air-ride on the area of the Hill sides of the Kura Jaro faces the Seladize and the Hill of Skefta Birindara/Zap/the Medya Defence Areas. There has no looses from the guerrilla forces.
5- On 22 August at 18:00 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against the enemy forces on a hill securing the the Museka army station/Semdinli/Hakkari. As a result of this action, 2 soldiers killed by our guerrillas. Aftermath of this action, obus and mortar attack carried out from the Rubarok and Museka army stations on the area of Serekani, Gire Merge and Gire Ronahi. This action carried out by our YJA-Star Forces in retaliation genocide of 7 civilians who lost their lifes.
6- On 22 August in between 12:00-13:00 hours, war planes belongs to the colonist Turkish state army carried an air raid on the area of Kortek/Kandil/the Medya Defence Areas.
7- On 22 August in between 11:30-15:00 hours, war planes belongs to the colonist turkish state army carried air raid on the areas of Geliye Res and Sehit Beritan/Xakurke/the Medya Defence Areas. As a result of this air raid, a bridge destroyed and bushfire began in the area which still continous.
8- On 22 August in between 12:00-14:30 hours, an air raid carried out by the colonist turkish state army on the area of the Valley of the Water of Basya and surrounding areas/Zagros/the Medya Defence Areas. As a result of this attack, a bush fire began in the area which still continues.
