TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1- On 17 August in between 15:00-16:30 hours, the Turkish state army carried air-raids on the areas of the Hill of Sehit Beritan, the Straits of Karker and Telefon, and the Hill of Sehit Kurtay/Xakurke/the Medya Defence Areas. 2- On 17 August in between 18:00-20:00 hours, the Turkish state army carried an obus and mortar attack on the Hill of Koordine, the Strait of Telefon and the Hill of Sehit Kurtay/Xakurke/the Medya Defence Areas.
3- On 17 August in between 18:00-19:00 hours, the Turkish state army carried obus and mortar attack on the areas of Geliya Res, Serceman and the Hill of Partizan/the Medya Defence Areas.
4- On 17 August at around 22:00 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against the operatioanl forces of the enemy in the area of the Triangle of Nehriye/Semdinli/Hakkari. As a result 5 enemy soldiers killed and 1 wounded by our guerrillas.
5- On 18 August at around 09:00 hour, war planes belongs to the Turkish state army carried an air raid on the Hill of Mamreso/Zagros/the Medya Defence Areas. There are no looses from guerrilla forces as a result of this air raid.
6- On 17 August in between 20:00-22:00 hours, war planes belongs to the Turkish state army carried air raids on the areas of Golka and Kani Genika/Metina/the Medya Defence Areas. As a result, while no looses from the guerrilla forces, the gardens belongs to the Villagers have been greatly damaged.
7- On 17 August in between 21:00-23:00 hours, war planes belongs to the Turkish state army carried air raids on the areas of Cemco, the Cemco Cemetry of Martries, Recbirex, the Valley of Kure Jaro, the Village of Nerve, Dola Besepe, the Village of Bele and the Zap Cemetry of the Martries/Zap/the Medya Defence Areas. The war planes still continuing to fly over the area.
8- On 17 August at 16:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out mortar attack on the Siker military station/Cukurca/Hakkari, in retaliation of the air raids of the enemy.
9- On 17 August in between 21:00-23:00 hours, war planes belongs to the Turkish state army carried out air raids on the areas of Kendekole, Dola Sofiyan, Nokta Beraza, Kolit and surrounding areas, Gunde Faxir and surrounding areas/the Medya Defence Areas. The war planes still flying on these areas.
10- On 17 August, our guerrillas carried out  serious of actions against the military conwoy in between Hakkari and Cukurca as follow;
- On 17 August at around 05:30 hour, the first action carried out by our guerrillas against moving operational military conwoy and as a result 1 armoured vehicle have been destroyed by our guerrillas.
- On the same day at around 06:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out their second action against a scorpian type of armoured military vehicle in the conwoy. As a result, armoured military vehicle have been destroyed by our guerrillas.
- Another action carried out by our guerrillas against an another armoured military vehicle which came as a reincforcement. As a result of this third action, this armoured military vehicle also has been destroyed by our guerrillas.
Aftermath of these three serious of actions by our guerrillas, while the cobra type helicopters bombarding the area of actions, the Turkish state army launched a military operation in the area.
- On the same day at around 08:00 hour, while the Turkish state army reinforcing soldiers to the area of incident with scorscy type of military helicopters, our guerrillas carried an another action against one of these helicopters. As a result of this action, one of the scorscy type helicopter have been hit and damaged by our guerrillas and later this helicopter flew away and then fall and destroyed near by the Turkish army Brigate H.Q. in Cukurca.
These serious of actions have been carried out in retaliation of the practises and fasicst statements made by the Republic of Turkey, and as a result 15 soldiers, including 3 Major, 2 professional sergeant, 9 soldiers and 1 village guard whome was a body guard of a Major, have been killed and clearly identifed by our guerrillas that at least 15 soldiers also wounded. Also, 1 scorscy type military helicopter, 3 armoured military vehicle have been destroyed by our guerrillas.  
11- On 17 August at around 19:00 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against enemy troop, which was securing the road in between Pira Sute and Geman/Cukurca/Hakkari. As a result, 3 enemy soldiers killed and 1 vehicle damaged by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the action, the Turkish state army used intensive military technic in order to bombard the areas of Siwara Bene and Beravis. Then, a military operation launched by the Turkish state army which still continues in the area.
12- On 17 August in between 20:00-22:30 hours, war planes belongs to the Turkish state army carried air raids on the areas of Kuzine and surrounding areas, the Valley of Bedrana and Sehidan, the Village of Bookriskan and surrounding areas/Kandil/the Medya Defence Areas. As a result of these air raids, while there are no looses from the guerrilla forces, the Villagers matterialy lost in grievience.
13- The Turkish state army has been carrying out obus and mortar attack on the areas of Ciyayeres, Sikefta Birindara, the Hills of Karker and Xeregol, Resme, the Villages of Zere, Ertus, Kinyanis, Sehit Newal, Sehit Zeki and Kucuk Gare/Zap/the Medya Defence Areas. As a result of these attacks, fires began in these areas which still continues and greatly damaging the nature of Kurdistan.
