The glorious resistance and effective actions of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla continue uninterruptedly. Although the invading Turkish army bombed the Resistance Areas 38 times with chemical weapons, 56 times with warplanes and hundreds of times with howitzers, they could not achieve any results. In the actions carried out under the leadership of our YJA Star forces; 15 invaders were punished, 3 invaders were injured, 1 camera surveillance system and 2 drones were hit.

The details of the actions taken are as follows;

1. In the Zap region;

– At noon on May 18, the invaders in the Kurojahro area were targeted with heavy weapons by our forces. The targets set in this action have been successfully hit.

– On May 20, at 18:40, the invaders who wanted to take position around the Şehîd Berxwedan battle positions in the Şehîd Şahin Resistance Area were targeted and shot at close range by our forces. As a result of this action, 4 invaders were punished and 1 camera surveillance system was damaged. After the invading Turkish army heavily bombarded the area with attack helicopters on the night of May 21, they were able to remove their losses with Sikorsky helicopters.

– On May 21, at 16:15, the invading Turkish army wanted to advance after bombarding the Şehîd Hewrê battle positions in the Şehîd Şahin Resistance Area with explosives. These invaders were targeted and shot by our forces with sabotage tactics and 2 invaders were punished.

– On May 21, at 16:30, the invaders, who were on the move around the Şehîd Berxwedan battle positions in the Şehîd Şahin Resistance Area, were targeted by our YJA Star forces and shot at close range. As a result of this action, 2 invaders were punished.

– A drone over the Şehîd Tolhildan battle positions of the Kurojahro Resistance Area on May 21 at 11:50 was hit and hit by our forces.

– At noon on May 21, the Şehîd Tolhildan battle positions of the Kurojahro Resistance Area were bombed 7 times with chemical weapons and explosives by the invading Turkish army. After the bombardment, at 15:30, a group of invaders wearing chemical protective suits wanted to advance towards the battle positions. These invaders were targeted and shot with sabotage tactics by our forces. When the invaders, who retreated one stage, wanted to advance again, they were effectively hit by our forces with grenades and personal weapons. At 17:25 on the same day, the invaders were targeted once again and shot at close range. As a result of this series of actions carried out by our YJA Star forces; at least 6 invaders were punished and 3 invaders were injured.

– On May 20, at 22:30, the invaders who wanted to advance towards the battle positions in the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area were targeted and shot by our forces with individual weapons, and 1 invader was punished.

– On May 21, at 19:20, an explosive-laden drone found over the Şikefta Birîndara area was struck by our forces.

– Attack helicopters that wanted to bomb Şikefta Birîndara, Karker and Çemço areas at night on May 21 came under intense fire by our forces. As a result of the intervention of our forces, the helicopters had to leave the area.

– On 21 May, the invading Turkish army bombed the Şehîd Hewrê, Şehîd Berxwedan, Martyr Şahin, Şehîd Tolhildan, Şikefta Birîndara and Çiyareş battle positions 31 times with chemical weapons and explosives.

2. The invading Turkish army bombed the Medya Defence Zones dozens of times with warplanes, attack helicopters and howitzers.

The details of the attacks are as follows:

– On 20 and 21 May, the activity of small reconnaissance drones was observed over the Girê Cûdî, Girê Amediyê, Girê Bihar areas and the villages of Kanê, Sergelê, Dereşê, Guherzê, Berçiya and Mijê in the Amediye district. This activity still continues.

– On May 21, the Girê Rûbar, Girê Cûdî, Girê Şehîd Kendal, Girê Şehîd Yunus, Girê Martyr Leşker, Kurojahro, Şehîd Şemdîn, Mamreş, Çiyareş, Şehîd Dunya, Çemço and Rênçbir Axa areas of Zap, were fired from the outposts, and howitzer fired from the outposts. It was bombed by attack helicopters and 36 warplanes.

– On 21 May, the Girê Hakkarî, Girê Çarçel and Girê Ortê areas of the Metîna region were bombed with howitzers fired from the outposts on the border line and 13 times with warplanes.

– On May 21, the slopes of the Werxelê Resistance Area in the Avaşîn region were bombed 7 times by howitzers fired from the outposts on the border line and warplanes.
