TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1- On 23rd of June, 2010, at araound 21.30 hour, our Guerrillas carried an action against the enterence and the pozitions of the enemy soldiers, whome are responsible from security of the Gire Sor army station in Catak/Van. As a result of this action, the number of killed and wounded couldn't be able to clerified. After wards of the action, enemy soldiers belongs to the Turkish state army knowingly bombarded the village-guards, with obus and mortars. On 24th of June, Turkish state army came to the area with one ambulance and three military vehicles, and launched a military
operation in the area. On the same day, our guerrillas have carried out a second action against these operatioanal forces of the Turkish state army. As a result of this action, clashes continued for two hours and killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn't be able clerified as well. Afterwards of this second action, enemy soldiers bombarded the surrounding area of the village of Karcete, and as a result house s and gardens of the villagers have been damaged. After all these clashes, the Turkish state army launched another military operation in the area of Kato Xelila.
2- On 24th of June, 2010, in between the hours of 20:00-24:00, the Turkish state army bombarded the village of Haftanin and the Hill of Betalma/Haftanin/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.
3- The Turkish state army deployed additional soldiers and tanks to the army stations of Mawa, Sapata, Gire, Kelete, Helenya and Rubarok/Semdinli/Hakkari. Also, the Turkish state army have collected all the village-guards in the army stations and told them be ready for a military operations.
