TO THE PRESS AND PEOPLE

1-Our guerrillas have had arrested 10 people in the area of Korxan/Igdir, on 28 May. And, seven of these people have been relesed on 5 June after necessary processors have been completed. The investigation of other 3 still continues.

2-On 4 June at 09:30 hour, a sikorsky type helicopter, which was carrying soldier and military equipment, and were flying from the district of Sex Cuma towards Bitlis, have been hit by our guerrillas. The military helicopter have been damaged, yet flew away.

3-On 4 June at 15:30 hour, a Sikorsky type military helicopter, which was carrying operational enemy forces from the Sere Seve Cannon Battalion/Cukurca to the operation area, have been hit by our guerrillas. The military helicopter heavily damaged and made a necessary land off. Yet, the number killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.

4-On 4 June at 07:00 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against the operational enemy forces nearby the Village of Pilangode, on the Road of Van-Yuksekova. As a result, a Scorpian type military vehivle totally destroyed, yet number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.

5-On 4 June, the occupier forces of the Turkish state army launched a military operation against the Mnt. Kato, in the district of Beytussebap/Sirnak. On the same day, at 17:00 hour, a clash occurred in between our guerrillas and operational enemy forces, in the area of Deriya Kujeran, whicj lasted 20 minutes. The number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.

6-On 4 June at 16:00 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against the operational enemy forces on the Hill of Zivinge/in the Mnt. Gabar/Sirnak. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed.

7-On 4 June at around 16:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the operational forces of the occupier Turkish state army, in the area of Gire Cotyar/Mnt.Gabar/Sirnak. As a result 1 enemy soldier killed.

8-The occupier forces of the Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar attacks on the area of Ciyaye Res/Seladize/within the Medya Defence Areas, from 4 June at 16:00 hour to the morning hours of 5 June.
