TO OUR PEOPLE AND THE PUBLIC

We have left behind an another important period within our struggle against the colonialist and occupier genocidel regime, which has been continuing for over forty years now. The genocide and massacre attempts, esspecially began after the 12 June 2011 elections, carried on continuesly against our Leader, people and our Guerrillas all along, and did not stop all winter as well. Our people and their brave son and daughters, whome have been resisting against the policies of no-statue, no I.D., degrading and insulting, violance and massacre in where ever they are with no hesitation for thousand of years now, have written epics in this last winter.

While the brave Children of the Kurds were resisting in the Mountains against the military operations aiming to destroy and annihilate, our people in all four parts of Kurdistan have raisen their flag of resistance against the oppression and torture of the genocidel regime. And, matchless resistancy of our Leader Apo who keeps stronger the light of the honourable path in order to carry out our people and our movement to the Spring, where the resistance will be carry on more strongly.

With no doupt, the aim of these attacks were to accomplish the guerrilla, and bring to a position that guerrillas can not fight and resist anymore. The aim of the attacks carried out by enemy by using the harsh winter conditions, which creates desatvantages for us, and, trusting the treason and collaborators of the Kurd was surely to stop the guerrilla to reach to the Spring. During these winter months the collobarators, agents and contras played an important role and the enemy wery vell used the harsh winter conditions for its benefit.

Against these destructive attacks, our brave guerrillas commanded by Mahirs and Arjins have shown a big will of resistancy, in all of the regions from Botan to Erzurum and, once more the PKK's power of resistance have been written in the history. Once more it has been noted and shown that there will be no concession of the spirit of resistance despite looses and paying prices for it.

The Balance-Sheet of the War for the first four months of the year 2012 reflects the reality of attacks and as well as the resistancy. Indeed, this balance-sheet do not and can not reflect all the details of the war for the four months period.

Still there is a need to enlighten the details of some incidents and some of the I.D. details of our friends whome have been martryed. During last winter, we have passed some wrong informations due to difficulty of having to get into contact with our units and responsible friends. As a result of our investigations, we have reached to new informations on some incidents occurred in the areas of Cudi, Besta and Garzan. We still working on this new informations. As we clerify these new informations, we will be sharing with our people and the public.

Again, the balance-sheet of the four months may not reflect the exact number of attacks carried out by the enemy. Due to winter conditions, our forces couldn't be able to systematically report the operations and attacks. Therefore, the number of operation and attacks carried out by the enemy, specially in Northern provinces may be more than the number we have given in the below.
