TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

We, as a HPG, declared a Non-Action Period and said fully comply to this process, which a month overpassed. We remain our position of the Non-Action period since it was announced on August 13, 2010, and we have been continuing to follow the process with superier discipline and of a high sensitivity despite all sorts of provocative attacks.

The areas under the control of Guierrillas continued to be target of the bombardments, like it happened in all times of war and non-action periods, in the month of November as well. As a result of this attacks a friend of us has been martered. This attack came after the extended non-action position on 1st November as an answer of the Turkish state army that not accepting the decision of the Non-Action Period declared by us. As a result of this, the Turkish state army carried obus and mortar attacks,on the Medya Defence Areas almost on daily basis, and these attacks were result of forest fires in some areas.

The attacks carried out by the Turkish state army exceeds the purpose of defence and, once more, openly shows that the attacks target directly destruction of our forces  despite we, as a HPG, have fully complyed to the decision of non-action process.

Recalling that we have every right to retaliate these attacks and asking once more that there is a need for the Turkish state army to end these attacks.
