TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1-On 10 August at around 08:40 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a military enemy convoye in the area of Bablesine/Guzeldere/Baskale/Van, which was part of enemy forces launched a military operation. As a result, 1 panzer destroyed and 10 enemy soldiers killed. Aftermath of the action, clashes occurred in between our guerrillas and enemy operational forces, where 8 enemy soldiers also killed. Enemy forces carried away their corpses of killed and wounded soldiers with four sikorsky type helicopters. Also, 1 of our comrade have been martryd and 1 other become prisoner as wounded. We will share the I.D. details of our martryd comrade once the details cleared out.
2-On 10 August in between 15:00-22:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out a Road control on the Road of Yuksekova-Oramar. While our guerrillas carried out I.D. check-up, also informed the people about the Revolutionary Operations in both Semdinli and Cukurca. The Road Control in the area still continues.
3-On 10 August in between 17:00-19:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out a Road control on the Road of Pasur-Mus. While our guerrillas checked the I.D’s also informed the people about the latest developments. During the road control, 2 village-guards have been wounded after they did not lesson stop warning and opened fire on our guerrillas. Our guerrillas confiscated 1 Kaleskinof type weapon and 5 cartridges belongs to this weapon, and 1 hand-pistol belongs to these village-guards. Also, during the action, our guerrillas burnt and destroyed a vehicle belongs to the Barikler Company owned by Macit Barik, which sells materials and carries these materials with civilian vehicles to the occupier Turkish state army in order to use in building of military stations.
4-We have already stated that our guerrillas carried out an action against the Eski Eruh military station and its two security Hills, in the district of Eruh/Siirt, on 2 August at around 19:15 hour. And, as a result 20 enemy soldiers killed and many others wounded. As well as, our guerrillas confiscated many military materials belongs to enemy.Also, during this extensice action, 2 of our guerrillas reached to martry after heroically fought.
