TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1. On 28th of July,2010, the Turkish state army launched a military operation in the area of Siwara Bene/Cukurca/Hakkari. On the same day, at around 07:30 hours, our guerrilla forces carrried an action against operational forces of the enemy forces. As a result of this action, 8 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrilla forces. Afterwards of the action, the enemy forces opened fire against the area of action with no aim.

2. On 27th of July, 2010, at around 11:00 hours, an action carried out by Sehit Boran Action Team against a military vehicle in the area of Hasanbeyli/Osmaniye. As a result, while the military vehicle which belongs to the gendarmerie was destroyed and, 2 enemy soldiers killed and 4 others wounded. Our guerrillas carried out this action for commameration of our comrades who have been martered in the areas of Pervari and Semdinli.

3. On 27th of July, 2010, our guerrillas carried an action against enemy forces placed on the Hill of Bayrakli (the Hill of Ziyad)/Cukurca/Hakkari. As a result of this action, we couldn't be able to clerify the number of looses of the enemy. Afterwards of the action, the Turkish state army bombarded the surrounding area of the action, the area of Siwara Bene, the villages of Belate and Tiyare/Cukurca/Hakkari, with obus and mortars, until the morning hours of 28th. As a result of this bombardment by the enemy, the animals belongs to the villagers in surrounding area have been killed.

4. On 26th of July, 2010, the Turkish state army launched a military operation against the Hills of Bilican and Helvesis/Cukurca/Hakkari. On the same day, at 17:00 hours, our guerrillas carried an action against this operational forces of the enemy. As a result of this guerrilla action, 2 enemy soldiers killed. Afterwards of the action, the Turkish state army bombarded the area with obus and mortars.

5. The Turkish state army bombarding the areas of Ciyares, Resme and Xeregol/Zap/the Medya Defence areas, with obus and mortars, since 28th of July.

6. On 27th of July, 2010, our guerrillas carried an action against a vehicle belongs to a bussinessman - Turkay Hali-Mobilya-, who is a member of AKP. As a result of this action, the vehicle almost destroyed.
