TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

1. On 22nd of July, 2010, our YJA-STAR Guerrilla Forces carried two separate assasination actions against the enemy forces placed on the Hill of Konmire/Cukurca/Hakkari. As a result of these assasination actions, two (2) enemy soldiers killed. After the action, the Turkish state army bombarded the area with obus and mortars. As a result of the bombardment the area set a fire, which still continues.

 


 

2. On 22nd of July, 2010, in between 12:00-13:00 hours, the war-planes belongs to the Turkish state army flew over the area of Zap/the Medya Defence Areas. No bombardments have made.

3. On 22nd of July, 2010, from early morning through to the night, the Turkish state army bombarded the Hills of  Erbis, Ertus, Kucuk Gare, Sehit Newal and Ciyares, and the area of Kela Ertus/Zap/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars.

4. On 22nd of July, 2010, at 15:00 hours, the Turkish state army bombarded the areas of Bektorya and Mila Rade/Haftanin/the Medya Defence Areas, with obus and mortars. As a result a fire began in the area and still continues.

5. On 21st July, 2010, at around 18.30 hours, our guerrillas carried a assasination action against the TRT army station in Gabar/Sirnak. As a resullt one (1) enemy soldier killed by our guerrillas.

6. After the action carried out by our guerrillas against the operational forces belongs to the Turkish state army, which started a military operation on 21st of July, 2010, in the area of Erbis/Cukurca/Hakkari, still continues.

7. On 20th of July, 2010, at around 21:30 hours, the Sehit Reber Action Team carried an action against army station, which secures a military equipments depo in Narli/Pazarcik/Maras. As a result of this action we couldn't be able to clerify the number of looses of the enemy soldiers.  After the action, the Turkish state army rapidly shoot surrounding area with no aim and as a result a civilian women wounded. There also a small clash occurred in between our guerrillas and the enemy forces, who were coming for a back up.
