TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
1-On 24 July at around 06:35 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against enemy soldiers in a military vehicle, came out of the Jendarmerie station of the occupier Turkish state army, in Akarsu/Refahiye/Erzincan. The number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified .
2-Our guerrillas have been controlling the area in between the district of Semdinli and the area of Gerdiya for the last four days now, which still continues. All attacks and attempts made by the occupier forces of the Turkish state army both on the land and air have been droven back by our guerrilla forces.
Within this frame, on 25 July in between 12:30-19:00 hours, the Brigade commandment in Semdinli have been taken under fire and not let them to move, where enemy wanted to launch a military operation against our guerrillas controlling the area. Again, the enemy soldiers from the Gare Regiment in the district of Semdinli also have been stopped by our YJA-Star guerrillas. The number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified during the actions against both Brigate Commandment in Semdinli and the Gare Regiment.
Also, our guerrillas still continuing the Road and I.D. control on the Road of Semdinli-Gerdiya, as from 07:00 hour today.
In mean time, the Turkish state army continued its attacks on civilian places. On 25 July from 12:00 to until night hours, the occupier forces of Turkish state army bombarded the areas of Gumoke, Goste and Senala, and, the Villages of Nirkola, Navreza, Nehre, Begirde and Robinos, in the district of Semdinli, with obus and war-planes. Also, on 25 July in between 14:00-19:00 hours, the war-planes belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carried out bombardments on the Mnt. Karker, and the Hills of Konserve and Genis, in the district of Semdinli.
3-On 25 July, clashes occurred in between our guerrillas and the special operational enemy unit, carrying military operation nearby the Sule enemy military station in the district of Dogubeyazit/Agri. As a result, 4 enemy soldiers killed.
4-On 25 July in between 23:00-24:00 hours, the war-planes belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-raids on the Valley of Sehidan and the Village of Enze/Kandil/the Medya Defence Areas. As a result of these bombardment a fire start in the area, which still continues.
5-On 25 July, the cobra type helicopters belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carried out bombardments on the Valley of Harcik/Dersim Central. While the military operation still continues, the fire which began as a result of a bombardments also still continues in this area.
6-On 24 July, 2 soldiers name Habes Emin and Yakup Tunc, have been deserted from the Taskisni Military Barracks of Adapazari/Turkish state army and, participated to the HPG Guerrilla Forces.
7-On the statement dated 25 July, we have announced that as a result of clashes and air-raids of the Turkish state army on 24 July, that 4 of our guerrillas have been reached to martry.
